At this challenging time, when many people are stuck at home and perhaps missing the people they would normally see, as well as perhaps looking for deeper meaning for their lives, we thought it would be great to offer an online Alpha course. This is an opportunity to meet for an hour each Monday night at 7.30pm beginning on 13 April to build friendship and connection over Zoom while having a conversation about faith, life and God.
We'll watch a short video talk together. The Alpha talks are designed to engage people from all walks of life and inspire conversation. They explore the big issues of life and faith and unpack the basics of Christian belief, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”
Everyone is welcome. There is no charge to take part and no need to commit to the course - do just try it to see what you think. We just ask that you register using the form below, so that we can send you the link to be able to join us. We can also offer technical help in using Zoom to take part - just let us know when filling in the form if you'd like this.
After this we'll have some discussion time, which is an opportunity for people to respond to the talk, hear from others, and contribute their own perspective in an honest, friendly, and open environment.
